- To collect, collate, and publish projector program reports to various stakeholders (within and outside HCL).
- Coordinate all periodic reviews, prepare MOMs, and Track to closure of all action items.
- To monitor project health status and timely reporting on all aspects.
- To track progress on the implementation of best practices, processes, and standardsortools.
- To execute resource management plan as defined by delivery managers (execute onboarding, training and resource release, BRQs, etc..)
- To facilitate maintenance of the central repository for all deliverables.
