Role and Responsibilities:
- As an analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for their respective KPI performance in a US health care/Finance process. Individuals will be involved in schedule adherence.
- Monitor customer accounts identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customers to make timely payments.
- Processing, Verifying & Posting Receipts for Goods sold and Service Rendered.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
- Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
- Co-coordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
- Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by managements.
