Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales activities to promote the bank’s products such as Business Loans, Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Cross Selling, Consumer Durables, Home Loans, and Commercial Loans.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with existing clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets by consistently meeting sales goals and achieving desired results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
