- Month on month targets to be closely followed and achieved.
- Making use of mapped branches for lead generation.
- Relationship building with BHs and branch employees for lead generation.
- Travelling to all mapped branches per day basis.
- Field sales FOR Loan Products.
- Customer relationship & grievances to be addressed on priority basis.
