Roles and Responsibilities:
- It is an Outbound Collections process.
- Responsible for making outbound calls on daily basis to the existing customers of HDFC.
- Responsible for discussing on any pending payments of the customer.
- Responsible for following up regarding the payments to be made by the customer.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate should be a Graduate or above (Candidates with Backlogs are not eligible).
- Experience in Tele calling/ Customer support/ BPO/ collections is an added advantage.
- Communication Skills in English and Telugu is mandatory.
