Roles and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Service reports as defined.
- Accurate and timely submission of MIS/ data as defined.
- Extraction of reports from software such as CMS/ Nortal/ BCMS, RAP, RBSI, CBCI, CRMNext, and any other applications/ systems.
- Extraction of data from any new system introduced.
- Accurate extraction and tabulation of the data were performed as per the defined process.
- Storage of the reports as per defined process (Hard & soft form as applicable).
- Massaging of data taken from various sources/ reports & drawing reports / MISs as defined Maintain accuracy & timeline in the submission of information in the content.
- Calling identified database of customers as per process eg: classic customers/ premium customers etc.
- Seeking customer consent prior to proceeding with the activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Local Language Mandatory.
