- Collaborate with the HR Operations to assist background checks and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate interviews with recruiting managers, arranging face-to-face and virtual interviews as needed, negotiate and extend offers to shortlisted applicants.
- Collaborate with the HR Operations to assist background checks and onboarding processes.
- Manage the recruiting database and keep candidate information up to date. Share dashboards with hiring managers on a regular basis.
