Role and Responsibilities:
- Manages the order entry process ensuring accuracy and works with various departments to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintains and updates customer records and sales-related information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Prepares regular sales reports and dashboards for the sales team and management, highlighting key performance metrics and trends.
- Assists in the development of sales forecasts and projections based on historical data and market trends.
- Monitors and tracks inventory levels by coordinating with internal teams to ensure that products are available for sale.
- Monitors customer feedback and satisfaction levels, and takes action to address any issues or concerns.
