Role and Responsibilities:
- Establish new client accounts in the CRM Database and follow -up on missing client documents.
- Generate, merge, and email client welcome letters.
- Archive & Retrieve documents from the database.
- Project and administrative support including data entry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0 – 1 Year Experience.
- Graduate degree in Finance, Banking or a related field.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to process large volumes, in an accurate & timely manner.
- Good typing speed.
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
- Familiarity with the Financial Services sector is preferred.
- Proven analytical skills required to organize and analyze multiple, complex data sets as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines.
