Role and Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful analytic reports for the legal department that are actionable and shared with relevant stakeholders.
- Use existing company technology to develop template intake forms and streamline contract management processes.
- Collaborate with the company to establish a legal hub in Jira, facilitating self-service, intake forms, and access to key information.
- Manage department systems and assist lawyers in maintaining up-to-date and clean data on a daily basis.
- Coordinate communication between legal and compliance teams in India and the US to ensure seamless information flow.
- Organize and maintain legal department document drives, ensuring adherence to information governance standards.
- Code incoming invoices from law firms for clarity and transparency in legal spend; oversee the review of external law firms.
- Collaborate with the deal desk and sales team to establish two-way automated reporting of priorities.
Required Skills and Qualification:
