Role and Responsibilities:
- The agent has to Support through Chat for Chat support.
- The agent has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
- The agent has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines The agent should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
- The agent should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business Roles & responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate ( No Pursuing Candidate)
- Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat or Voice support role.
- Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply.
- Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
