- The agent has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
- The agent has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines The agent should have the ability to build rapport with the customer.
- The agent should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of e-commerce websites.
- Should possess effective Written and Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills.
- Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM) for the Chat Process.
