Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand and learn ways of collecting data, organizing that data, and then analyzing the data.
- Help build out the data engineering and feature engineering capabilities required to support customer centric analytics and visualization.
- Build advanced predictive models to help optimize segmentation and targeting.
- Partner with visualization team to design and manage dashboards and tools to help business access data and monitor performances.
- Work in close partnership with data engineers and data scientists to deploy the solutions.
- Collaborate with customer analytics and digital analytics experts to define and develop differentiating go to market analytics features and framework.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, MS Power BI, Tableau, Cloud technology.
- Good knowledge in data warehouse concepts, data modelling & data visualization.
- Knowledge in data science concepts, including machine learning, and natural language processing is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with mutual fund/asset management industry operations would be an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills including attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones.
