Role and Responsibilities:
- Specific: Managing the Entire CRM & ORM (queries) which is happing across all social media pages & aggregator platforms.
- Measurable: Setting weekly reviews will check & measure the progress of the same.
- Achievable: The customer handling, complaint redressal TAT will be the core achievable for this project.
- Relevant: Quick responses, agency reviews, report analysis & streamlining the entire process of grievance handling & ensuring the Online reputation of the brand.
- Time-bound: There will be specific TAT for closing respective complaints. The performance will be measured accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Strong Inter-personal & communication skills.
- Data analysis & reporting.
- Great customer handling skills.
- Great Command on written & verbal communication.
- Ability to take the pressure & respond gently to customer phone calls & mails.
- Candidate from Hotel background preferred with rich experience of hospitality. Someone who. worked on CRM, Lead Capturing, after sales service. Team leader & capable to manage an agency or respective stakeholders.
