Role and Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients.
- Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities, manage exceptions and escalate timely if and when required.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve Business goals and contribute to initiatives to help improve team performance and processes.
- Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have an eye for details.
- Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process.
