- The first month, you learn the ropes and get set up with one client on production.
- Soon, you’ll be multi-tasking and providing interactive solutions (chat, email, MS Teams) while treating our customers to concierge-level care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0-1 year experience in customer service or technical support role.
- Flexible to work in Voice and Chat Process.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Rotational Shifts.
- Willingness to Work from Office as per Hybrid Work Model.
- Windows 10 troubleshooting, excellent communication skills and also customer service skills.
