Role and Responsibilities:
- Achieve quality targets for the process and team.
- Conduct internal process audits and reviews to ensure adherence to guidelines.
- Identify process limitations, roadblocks, and problems, conducting Root Cause Analysis.
- Prepare periodic MIS, QC, and Audit reports for critical business decisions.
- Monitor process functioning, identify improvement areas, and implement measures to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team, conducting quality audits wherever required.
- Identify process gaps and explore automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
Required Skills and Qualification:
