Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties for US operations.
- Provide administrative support to the US-based Human Resources team.
- Compile and update employee records and maintain internal tracking tools.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Initiate background checks and manage the pre-employment verification process for US employees.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.)
- Job posting management (UKG, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Coordinate communication with US-based candidates and schedule interviews.
- Manage US-based candidate SQL Assessments (review candidate progress, communicate results, manage, and track testing credits)
- Manage US-based candidates’ pre-recorded interviewing process in Yello.
- Manage employee referral program.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and other ad hoc new hire events.
- Support local India HR team with ad hoc projects as required.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with under a year of experience as an HR assistant or, staff assistant.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask effectively.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, in particular)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones to support US operations.
- Hands-on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS is a plus.
- Understanding US labor laws is a plus.
