Role and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance activities and outages with infrastructure, Application management and TCS teams.
- Identify key areas for automation and optimization to enhance productivity.
- Identify opportunities for optimizing performance and provide suggestions for development.
- Should have exposure to handling major incidents and escalations.
- Creating Dashboards & automation of existing BAU work.
- Performing assigned incident and change management tasks.
- Escalating higher priority incidents to relevant support teams.
- Mobilizing technical resources during conference calls.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Infrastructure and Application alerts.
- Monitoring & management of alerts, and events via relevant monitoring & ticketing tools.
- Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support for On-prem and cloud platform issues.
- Provide level 1 technical support for applications on On-prem & cloud-based systems.
