Role and Responsibilities:
- Conducting financial health checks with customers, and providing them with accurate information to help them decide on which products and services would be best for them.
- Completing account opening processes and procedures for new customers.
- Engaging with the community through a number of channels, such as charity events and social groups to raise the profile of the bank in the community.
- Hosting regular events across the community to educate customers on being financially fit, living in the digital world, and preventing fraud.
- Developing strong working partnerships with colleagues to create a constant pipeline of potential new customers to grow the overall business model.
