Job Responsibilities:
- Develop questionnaires and other research materials as needed
- Participate in the planning and execution of research projects
- Manage research projects from start to finish, including project planning, data collection, analysis, and report writing
- Ensure that research projects are completed on time and within budget. Must understand the costing framework of a project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields + MBA from a reputed college.
- Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies in consumer research measurement. B2B research can be additional benefit.
- At least 6 months-1 years of experience in market research
- Experience of handling large studies is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with large datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as R or Python is a plus
