Role and Responsibilities:
- Own project execution using combination of SQL, Excel, and NielsenIQ tools, Python for data analysis.
- Provide error-free, on-time results internally.
- Create and execute project plans for assigned work. Includes collecting, organizing, and tracking data inputs as well as contributing to internal meetings.
- Ensure analysis results are of high quality from a statistical, logical and a business viewpoint.
- Use critical thinking to investigate and solve any unexpected issues in owned project.
- Work creatively with NielsenIQ teams to provide accurate answers to client business questions and project follow ups, following SCQA framework.
- Interpret findings and draw conclusions from model results.
- Explain to consulting/delivery teams how to read and interpret the data.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- College/University Degree/PG Degree – Statistical Background is Plus.
- 0-2 years of relevant job experience in Data Analytics, Business and/or Marketing.
- Intermediate level of SQL and Excel, BI tools, Python.
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess understanding of statistics.
- Strong critical thinking skills, have the ability to identify and diagnose errors/issues independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as we need to communicate with the global teams.
- English fluency is must.
- Must be able to effectively manage time and a variety of responsibilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and flexible to adapt changes.
- Knowledge of NielsenIQ data, or previous experience with NielsenIQ analytics like Price & Promotion is a plus.
- International work experience would be an asset.
