Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, build and implement strategies that can help enhance business performance
- Resolve production issues as well as guiding the team in solving Incidents/problems
- Participation in Workday HCM projects involving strategy, implementation related to Business Processes, Security and Reporting. Configure Workday core Systems
- Configure business process changes and maintain domain security
- Configure new user/role based security group for access management
- Be well versed with Inbound Outbound EIB s. Focus on Continuous improvement of HR Systems Processes
- Manage and maintain additional HR IT systems This entails providing level 1, 2 support, working with IT and the application providers on functionality enhancements, testing and configuring changes, and communication to users.
