Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discussions with internal teams on the timely delivery of user assistance deliverables.
- Mentor others on user assistance and documentation processes, standards, and best practice with the ability to influence at the team level.
- Participate in complex, highly visible user assistance development initiatives.
- Author, publish, and maintain original content, review the content authored by peers, and help them identify defects early in the documentation cycle.
- Evaluate engineering projects and their customer impact to define user assistance materials requirements, facilitate reviews with subject matter experts, and consult with testing partners or other customers.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex documentation and recommend the best approach to customer-facing documentation.
- Manage the complete user assistance workflow; edit and review various forms of documentation for quality as needed.
