- Opportunity mining via actionable insights to move the Product KPIs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in the SMB world.
- Interprets and communicates insights and findings from analysis and experiments to business stakeholders, and partners with stakeholders to develop meaningful actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance SMB cadences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with senior leaders of the organization.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
