- Provide timely and practical solutions to technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Communication:
- Communicate technical information clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical customers. Maintain regular updates with customers on the progress of issue resolution.
Documentation:
- Document troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and customer interactions in a detailed and organized manner. Contribute to the knowledge base to enhance the efficiency of technical support processes.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product management, to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide valuable insights to product teams based on customer feedback.
