Required Technical Skills:
- Proven skill sets in ANSYS Workbench Structural analysis and other FEA Software.
- Basic knowledge in Multi body dynamics (MBD).
- Fundamental Design Application knowledge.
- Expert in Linear / non linear / contact analysis.
- Modal analysis/Vibration and Seismic simulation knowledge.
- Good Understanding of Finite Element Methods.
- Good Knowledge of solid mechanics concepts.
- Experience in Hypermesh. ( optional )
- Basic knowledge of Creo.
Required Soft Skills / Project Management Skills:
- Breaking down the project into comprehensive units of work and activities according to the complexity of the analysis you have and the activities.
- Sequencing activities so that the intermediate and final delivery will happen on time.
- Submitting a comprehensive Analysis Execution Plan to your customer and to your Team Leader for approval.
Tracking your Analysis execution:
- Status of requirements/reports.
- Actual Analysis performed (from the technical content stand point).
- Quality of Analysis performed.
- Identification of risks.
- Efficiency of risk mitigation actions.
- Status of Quality of Delivery assessment criteria.
- Generating status stress reports as per customer, Project Technical Leader requirements.
- Collect customer’s evaluation of quality and delivery as per list of criteria set up-front.
- Will need to travel to the plant to understand products/assemblies on need basis.
- Good communication written and verbal.
Educational Qualifications:
- M.E./ M.Tech in Mechanical engineering domain.
