Role and Responsibilities:
- Handling Banks, partners & queries across the teams for enabling Cross Border transactions for exporters & Importers including regulatory/ bank reportings.
- One point contact in resolving partner bank & internal team queries in order to achieve a high level of efficiency and customer service.
- Manage, Highlight and control gaps in daily operations and administration of the remittances product.
- Ensure authenticity of payments through supporting documents such as Invoice, Sales contract, etc. and for transaction and audit compliance.
- Ensure FIRA/ credit advice of the customers are solved with Banks on a timely basis.
- Propose new & innovative solutions to the team, which can help in scale the GMV/products within the purview of regulatory guidelines.
- In addition, the incumbent will also responsible to seek new FIN-Techs for collaboration, track new payment technology trends, and determine if they align and are of strategic importance to the Razorpay cross border payments strategy.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Prior experience in (1-2 years) in cross border payments, Partner management, reconciliation, preferably in fintech or Banks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Enthusiastic to solve customer issues and promptly address their queries.
- Strong knowledge on MS Office tools, MIS reporting and analysis.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
