Role and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions.
- Proactively search for potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via video calls.
- Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing feedback and status updates.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other documentation.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are logged and tracked.
