Role and Responsibilities:
- Your primary responsibility will be to successfully develop and bring to market Employee Workflow based Partner Offerings, monitor performance of a portfolio of Offerings, collaborate with cross functional teams to drive successful execution in global sales activities, and make recommendations for performance improvement.
- You evaluate and engage targeted ServiceNow partners to assess potential nominations for participation into the Built with Program utilizing program requirement criteria and business priorities to guide decisions.
- Build, launch, and scale nominations accepted into the Built with Program to fundamentally transform the World of Work for customers.
- Work closely and collaboratively with Partner Acceleration teams to assure successful launch of an Offering, including Marketing material development, publication, enablement planning and execution.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and governance of Employee Workflow Offerings with internal stakeholders to develop global and regional strategies for the success.
- Identify areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommend solutions that detail pros, cons, and risks.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Broad-based business and technology expertise with partner management and/or consulting.
- Technical background in customer-facing solution consulting or similar role.
- Experience managing partners in the Employee Workflow software domain (preferred).
- Demonstrated experience managing global partners through a joint go-to-market process.
- Experience partnering with multiple sales teams to grow the partner ecosystem in a “win as a team” environment.
- Strong strategic thinking including business process and analytical skills.
- Referenceable ability to build long term strategic and senior level relationships.
- Strong business, commercial and financial acumen.
