- Review of customer information for generating the report.
- Checking of required documents for processing the request.
- Tracking the received emails.
- Processing the request within the timeline.
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with sales, technical, and project teams.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the SFSPL Department.
- Participate in team planning meetings.
- Meet defined department goals and activity metrics.
