Role and Responsibilities:
- Participation as a key member of a product development team through the concept, development, implementation, and market introduction for the product with the support of VOCs/ Surveys, analytical and market insights.
- Assess the competitive position of the product offerings through competitive benchmarking and price-to-feature comparison reports.
- Develop product presentations, collaterals, and training materials for new and existing products with the support of Marcom teams and product line managers.
- Work closely with Engineering and Supply chain teams for quick product market introduction
- Responsible for SKU rationalization, Inventory, and Sales analytical insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate in Engineering and MBA with 0-1 years of experience in Marketing Analysis/ Product management.
- Strong analytical thinking, writing, modeling, and problem-solving skills with exposure to Analytical tools & Market research would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to collateral development, including specification writing with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Lighting Industry knowledge holders will be preferred.
