Role and Responsibilities:
- functional Responsibility / Domain Related.
- Basic Financial data gathering, data enrichment, and data maintenance through client or in-house databases.
- Extract the required data set from the input/ source document into the required output template.
- Use tools and systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Upload/ remove reports as required on client or in-house databases.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of data.
- Execute assigned tasks as per the instructions/ guidelines and meet the required TAT.
- Ensure adherence to/ compliance with performance tracking mechanisms, policies/ procedures of the organization.
- Explore opportunities and provide ideas to improve the current processes.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Strong finance or accounting specialization.
- Effective communication skills (written & Verbal) and sound computer skills are the prerequisites for the positions.
- The candidate should be willing to work rotational night shifts. Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment, while following flexible schedules to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and persistent approach to work.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Commerce Graduate/ PGDM/ MBA/ M. Com/ MFM.
- Streams Eligible – Any Stream with Finance as Major or Minor subject.
- Computer literacy – MS Office applications, Macros will be an added advantage.
- A Positive attitude, strong interest in research, flair for writing and an eye for detail.
- Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner.
