Role and Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the CI Vendor Management Non-IT team:
- The coordinator will maintain existing vendor management documents on daily and monthly basis.
- Assist in document of content related to vendor spend categories assigned to various business unit, region and critical business processes.
- Leverage existing network to identify key contacts and stakeholders related to each engagement and vendor spend.
- Document any issues and reconciliation related to invoice adherence reports.
- Other duties as requested by supervisor.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Good understanding of Excel and good analytical skills.
- Good communicator.
- Excellent command of English (verbal/written).
- Ability to work with a global team.
- Energetic, Self-starter, Flexible and Goal-oriented.
- Business minded, well-organized team worker with strong problem solving skills.
