Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls pertaining the technical issues.
- Remotely resolving the technical issues.
- Should have good knowledge of Windows and need to have basic knowledge of Networking.
- Build sustainable relationships with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT.
- Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue, and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance the load of the L2 technical support team.
- Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool.
