Role and Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirement from IT to write APIs / to build and maintain dynamic dashboards (individuals, teams, and management), reports, and auto-emailers using Python, SQL, and related technologies.
- Understand Salesforce integration and plugins, OOTB implementation, and work with the Salesforce support team to get things fixed or suggest changes and enhancements to the IT team and lead discussions in interlock meetings.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth application operation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and techniques.
- Work closely with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of web applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
