- Conduct online consultations with clients using various digital platforms and communication tools.
- Build strong client relationships by actively listening to their needs and providing professional guidance and advice.
- Analyze client requirements, assess data and information provided, and recommend appropriate solutions or courses of action.
- Collaborate with other team members to gather additional insights and expertise as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, recommendations, and outcomes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of consultation services.
- Provide timely follow-up and post-consultation support to address client inquiries or concerns.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize the online consultation process, suggesting enhancements or new technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
