Role and Responsibilities:
- Conducting the Social Studies- Community Need Assessment & Community Satisfaction need.
- Conducting the Community Meetings & Meetings with key Stakeholders – Mapping & understanding the Stakeholder Issues/ Challenges and Community Needs.
- Identifying and Selecting NGOs for Execution of Programs.
- Developing and Finalizing the Scope, Frameworks, Objectives, Methodologies, Activities, targets, Key Program Indicators for the Programs.
- Execute the Agreement/ Grant In aid Agreement with Partner NGOs.
- Defining the CSR Programs/ Interventions and Stakeholder Engagement Plan for Location.
- Monthly Review meetings with Partners NGOs & TPCDT associates.
- Monthly MIS Reports.
- Preparation of CSR Highlights / Stories for Internal CSR Communication Platforms.
- Organize the Volunteering Events for Employees & Family Members.
- Meeting & Coordination with Govt. line departments and Financial institutions for execution of CSR plans.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Good Understanding of the Social Sectors Development Programs.
- Knowledge of Govt. Development Program and Govt. Department organization structures.
- Knowledge of the Rural & urban development Agencies and about the Gram Panchayat structures and their roles.
- Good Documentation Skills, Deck Preparation, Report, and CSR field Stories.
- Interpersonal Skills & Good Communication Skills.
- Coordination with various Stakeholders & Teamwork.
- Ability to Handle complex Situations & Social Challenges.
- Keen to Learn the New Practices in Development Sectors and the ability to replicate the best practices in the field.
- Computer Working Knowledge – MS Office, and SAP working Knowledge will be an added advantage.
