Roles and Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates for BPO positions.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and manage relationships with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
