Role and Responsibilities:
- We highly welcoming freshers to join our company(Students can also apply provided that they are OK with Night Shift).
- Experience in working in a 24×7 environment is a must.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in support of Customer Onboarding and Customer retention.
- Resolve tickets over the telephone, and via email – Analyze customer-reported information to identify problems and concerns.
- Proven customer support experience.
- Track record of overachieving quota.
