- Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international voice process calls with a focus on providing excellent service quality.
- Process customer requests related to products/ services offered by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
