Role and Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility is to increase the revenue of the Bank; the Customer Support executive will address the concerns if any raised by the customer and assist them in resolving them over the phone.
- Explaining the various features of the products and services to customers.
- Pitching the products and services of the Bank to potential customers over a call and generating business for the Bank. Upselling and cross-selling will be part of the job.
