Role and Responsibilities:
- This will be a back office, noncustomer facing role handling fall out from orders.
- Will require limited order entry, and disconnect orders.
- Take ownership of technical issues caused by order/ install fallout.
- Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues to flag for other teams or support organizations,
- Must be able to troubleshoot fallout issues with orders or services to assist with issue resolution,
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Undergraduates/Graduates are eligible.
- Need candidates with 0-1 yr of experience.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Should be comfortable with 24*7 shift environment(majorly night shifts).
- Should be comfortable with Noida sector 135 as work location.
