Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Interfaces: Create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for the LRaaS Portal, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasible and optimized for Angular.
- Wireframes and Prototypes: Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
- Alignment and Strategy: Ensure all designs align with the overall product strategy and meet user requirements.
- Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Design Systems: Maintain and update design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in UX design with passion for your work.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
- UI and Design Principles: Solid understanding of UI components and design principles.
- Technical Feasibility: Experience designing for Angular or similar frameworks, with a good understanding of the technical feasibility of designs.
