Role and Responsibilities:
- Initiates and designs continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance within their teams -Manage and drive independently projects through the complete life cycle.
- within budget and to scope Assess the financial impact of projects and work collaboratively with Function to prepare the business case Project Management Office Implement governance standards across the portfolio.
- including tracking; monitoring and updating the status of programme deliverables. Crafting risk mitigation plan. Mobilize projects across streams with the project managers to ensure timely delivery of benefits; Support & build presentation with partners for leadership team.
- Align the benefits in terms of forecast and delivery with the Work Force Management and from a budget realization perspective.
- Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Handle the headcount budget and actuals for the overall team and align it with the Workforce management and Finance team.
- Work with programme heads to identify risks and issues and highlight to the Business heads
- Handle expenses like staff welfare & travel to keep a control on it.
- Making decisions within policy and procedure framework to deliver business plans.
- Developing and leading a high performing team; creating an environment for success by setting direction and coaching them to succeed through inspiring conversations every day.
- Understand the organization strategy ; Influence discussions and report output on a month on month basis.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. For the correct process and compliance; analyze and monitor quality.
- Project Management skills -PRINCE2 /PMP certified Process Improvement skilld-6 sigma certified Strong Report Delivery and Conflict Resolution skills Analysis of benefits/risks of programme v what Stakeholders want/need/desire. Effective communication and and presentation skills- Creation of business case, Effective benefits tracking Understanding and analysing data.
