Role and Responsibilities:
- Bridge communications between BUs and Commercial teams, to facilitate and drive the pricing approval process.
- Perform pricing analysis and identify drivers for pricing gain/loss.
- Develop a pricing matrix report from CPQ to provide more visibility on pricing analysis.
- Support and maintain analytics/dashboards driven by the Regional FP&A team.
- Proactively seek opportunities to drive continuous improvement and streamline routine analysis, seeking to create efficiencies and leverage through automation and developing business intelligence capability.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, ability to navigate and influence in a complex matrixed environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, organized, and possesses a keen learning attitude.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, detailed, and hands-on.
