- Provide thorough training to school staff on the usage and features of the ERP platform.
- Offer continuous handholding support to users to facilitate the adoption and effective use of the platform.
- Resolve user queries and issues promptly to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain active communication and coordination with the head office to convey user feedback, challenges, and suggestions.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from allocated clients.
- Strive to achieve upsell and cross-sale targets within the assigned client base.
- Focus on maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
