Role and Responsibilities:
- This role will play a crucial part in supporting various Product Launch Project Managers by providing administrative assistance, following up with stakeholders, and conducting data collection and analysis from various IT systems.

- You will also be part of a team consisting of 5 other project managers and you as 1 business analyst for the area.
- Moreover, your main responsibilities will be:
- Provide administrative assistance to Product Launch Project Managers, ensuring smooth project execution. Assist in organizing meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project-related records.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination with key stakeholders to facilitate effective project collaboration.
- Collect and compile data from various IT systems to support project managers in decision-making. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in project execution.
- Work closely with the Operational Readiness Team to provide comprehensive support for product launch projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and administration, ideally in a project management environment.
