Role and Responsibilities:
- Create aftermarket business opportunities through data analysis and science.
- Automate processes and routines based on data improving aftermarket deliverables quality.
- Creates and maintains common assets that can be reused across initiatives (e.g., tools, templates, standards, programs).
- Identifies and tests aftermarket new concepts and technologies which can deliver additional.
- Secure verification and validation of implemented method / operation within the aftermarket.
- Analyse test results and manage correction of issues.
- Analyse component/vehicle / back-end network to confirm system performance.
- Perform unit tests of the implemented method/operation and report software and system bugs found.
- Support the development of new or changed functionality in aftermarket tools and systems.
- Quality assured/flexible scripts to develop and manage the repositories.
- Meet Quality KPI’s for the specific technical area and concerned products.
