Role and Responsibilities:
- Gather information from various sources (data warehouses, databases, data integration, and modeling) and interpret patterns and trends.
- Develop record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base and understand their requirements.
- Providing sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to the client base.
- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
- Design and carry out surveys and analyze survey data as per the customer’s requirement.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets relating to customer’s business and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools.
- Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualization to showcase business performance and also provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Leveraging Technology Knowledge of current and upcoming technology (automation, tools, and systems) to build efficiencies and effectiveness in own function/ Client organization.
- Process Excellence – Ability to follow the standards and norms to produce consistent results, and provide effective control and reduction of risk.
- Technical knowledge knowledge of various programming languages/ software (Python, Microsoft Excel, VBA, Matlab, SQL, etc) and tools for data analytics.
